I own a small coffee company called Stinky’s Coffee Co. We currently operate at a medium to high volume farmers market. Our espresso machine has a small water tank in the back, but after pulling a few shots and steaming milk or getting water for an americano the tank would need to be refiled. We recently installed the high volume pump and it has been a game changer. Our machine is able to keep up with the volume now that it’s not constantly running out of water and having to reheat. We draw water from a 5 gallon jug, the straw is super easy to swap over into a full jug during a rush. We also installed the pitcher rinser and the inline water pressure regulator. I can not recommend this product enough. It’s very easy to install and easy to make portable. I will definitely be using more of their products in the future.

The high volume pump system works great. It was easy to assemble thanks to the very clear video instructions. I also bought the water purification system; if I were to suggest anything, maybe it would be to have a video that incorporates both pump and purification system together (even though it is intuitively simple to assemble.) My only regret is not buying the Caffewerks cube to house everything in.

The Caffewerks Medium Volume pump system is perfect for small catering operations where you need to connect a pitcher rinser as well as an espresso machine.
We build the system for this specific use and can help guide you through installation. Kit comes completely plumbed to a T fitting at the bottom of the accumulator and is ready for installation.
The Medium Volume System from Caffewerks will also be the best fit for a commercial coffee brewer, like a Fetco, Curtis or Bunn. The addition of the 2 gallon accumulator will best support the large water draw needed for batch brewing.
This pre-assembled kit allows for the use of a 1/2 liter accumulator (pressure tank) to be used with a bottle water pump system like the Flojet BW5000 Series Bottle Water pump or the Caffewerks CW 5000.
The addition of an accumulator will allow better pressure for your espresso equipment and pitcher rinser and also keeps the pump from over cycling ( Turning on and off )

I bought this to use with a Flojet pump that I bought separately. This kit had everything I needed to plumb the pump to my standard threaded espresso machine. I would have bought the pump and accumulator set at caffewerks, but the Flojet was out of stock at the time. The accumulator works perfectly, leveling out the water pressure to my espresso machine and reducing pump cycling. I am very happy with Caffewerks for making this solution available.

You need this if you have a BW5000
Thank you so much Caffewerks, for replying to all my enquiries and sending this all the way to South East Asia. This adds more stability and only throttles after a few brews. Running only the BW5000 will throttle the motor each time you brew, so there is a difference. I’d also like to add that if you’re reading this and looking for a new water pump system, consider the other newer, more advanced packages packaged and developed by Caffewerks as they’d be far more stable. Stabilize water pressure for extractions is as important as the water being delivered to your machine.
If you have water pressure fluctuation problems this kit will help stabilize the line pressure and regulate that pressure to 30 PSI to take advantage of low flow pre-infusion on machines capable of pre-infusion.
Line stabilization helps when the guy next door turns on the water and your espresso machine water pressure drops during a shot. Stop ruining otherwise great shots of espresso with this kit.

How you get water to your pump is important to the functionality and longevity of your pump system. We designed these pick up tubes as a solution for anyone looking to move water from a tank with ease.
These pick up tubes shown fit a standard 5 gallon water container/ jug but we can create any length you might need.
*The 5 Gallon Pick Up Tube comes with a blue cap on the top that fits most standard 5 gallon water bottles. Please note, the cap does not seal or create a water tight fit, it is designed to sit gently on top of the water jug to keep out debris. This cap does not fit threaded or glass bottles
A check valve is built into the end of the tube to maintain water pressure as you change tanks which keeps you from having to re-prime the system every time you change a tank. A *NEW* slim fit stainer on the end allows for an easy installation!
The Caffewerks Pick Up Tube is designed to leave a few inches of space from the bottom on the container, his is designed in an effort to keep settled debris from clogging your inlet screen
Total length of Pick Up Tube is approximately 20" - depth of pick up tube into container can be controlled by adjusting placement of lid.

Water System Pick Up Tube for 5 Gallon Water Bottle
How you get water to your pump is important to the functionality and longevity of your pump system.
These pick up tubes shown fit the Reliance Auqatainer 7 gallon, 4 Gallon or 7 Gallon Jumbotainer 2.0 water containers but we can create any length you might need.
The standard connection on top is a 3/8 push fitting.
The tubing that can be used for this is 3/8 OD x 1/4 ID Polyethylene or Polyurethane. We do not recommend the use of Vinyl tubing as it is not approved for drinking water use.
A check valve is built into the end of the tube to maintain water pressure as you change tanks which keeps you from having to re-prime the system every time you change a tank. A custom designed stainless steel strainer finishes off the bottle of the pick up tube and keeps larger particles from traveling into the tube.
The Caffewerks Pick Up Tube is designed to leave a few inches of space from the bottom on the container. This is so that you are less likely to pull air into the system if the water is run completely dry.
Really happy with the way the pickup tube is working. It was so easy to setup. Staff was even kind enough to help me troubleshoot some other components of my system that didn't come from them.

A small zip tie is perfect to lock the cone into position once you get everything setup.

The tube does exactly what it's supposed to do. It really cleaned up my water set up in the back of my 4Runner. I'm usually off-roading when I'm using it and spitted the bottom pice to keep it clocked in the aquatainer top and it works perfectly. Great solution to connect to your 12v pump hose!

I actually designed the plumbing system for my van conversion around these I liked them so much (bought 1 extra just to have). I would have purchased a whole package (including pump) from you if I hadn't already installed a pump but I think you system works beautifully for a van conversion. My plumbing system looks so cool and professional!
Easy to install. It’s convenient having everything you need in one kit. I also needed to add to my order and the customer service from Caffewerks was fantastic!
I am currently building out a coffee cart and hit up Caffewerks for what I thought would be all the necessary parts for the job. I must have over did it for I was contacted by Caffewerks to discuss where I planned on using the separate lines, pumps, etc. for my build and when I explained my layout I was informed that certain pieces were probably unnecessary and why. They refunded me for the unnecessary items and I approved the recommended additional parts and change to my order, but all in all I saved money and got exactly what I needed!! What a thoughtful and considerate way to do business. It’s not just about the transaction and the money but about the customer’s needs.
