Shipping policy
Our goal at Caffewerks is to get you your order as quickly as possible!
- Please note all orders may have a 1-4 day processing time.
- Water Pumps and Electrical Systems are built to order with a 7-10 day lead time, prior to shipping
- Espresso Machine Parts including but not limited to all gaskets, screens and Baskets are not eligible for return but may be eligible for exchange related to defects or shipping damage

Electrical panels and components are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Shipping times listed in check out are not guaranteed- but are estimates from the shipper based on when the items are in the control of the shipper. Shipping times do not include order processing time.
- Close Out Discount / Garage Sale Collection Items are not eligible for Return or Exchange or Warranty

Please note the following with regards to damages, returns, mis shipments and missing shipments – you can also see our Returns and Exchanges policy and Shipping Policy for more information.
- Any damages or order discrepancies will need to be notified within 5 working days of the delivery of any order. Please unpack and look over your order in this time frame, to ensure accuracy. Claims made outside this time frame will not be accepted.
- Returns need to be requested within 7 days of shipment being received. No returns of any type will be accepted without a return authority or after 15 days
- Missing shipments must be reported to us within 30 days of the shipping date so we can lodge an investigation with the freight company. Claims after this time cannot be processed.
- Lost, Stolen or missing packages are not covered by Caffewerks
- Should you have any issues with your delivery, please send an email to info@caffewerks.com
- We cannot offer refunds for packages lost or Stolen via the shipper. We offer a shipping insurance you can opt into during check out to cover lost packages.
- If you need to file a claim for lost or missing package, you can do so here.
- Caffewerks is not currently shipping International Orders.
- Customer is responsible for all additional Duties and Taxes
- Please note: Water Pump Systems and Electrical Products are not available for shipping outside of the USA
- Please Note: Sinks and Water Tanks are not eligible for free shipping

- From time to time, we will offer pre orders - shipping times will be noted in the product listing
