This is the piece you're looking for

If you're looking to hook up a pitcher rinser or sink faucet in a coffee cart, this is the piece you haven't been able to find at any hardware store, plumbing store, etc. It took me forever to realize that this was the one thing I was missing. If you're hooking up a Flojet (or similar), you'll bring the 1/4" tube to the 3/8" tube with another adapter piece, then the 3/8" tube to this so that it connects to the rinser/sink line. Don't hesitate - buy it now so you can finish your project sooner!

After searching high and low to find an adapter for the water line on a La Marzocco GS3, this was the one part we needed to connect it to a pex water line for using with the Simple Cart System. Additionally, many RO water systems use pex tubing in this size, so going back and forth between portable cart mode and in-line water is a breeze.

The locking clip secures the collet in a locked position after the tubing has been inserted. This prevents the accidental release of tubing. The clip is easy to remove if the tubing needs to be released.
