Returns and Exchanges

Returns 
Our returns policy lasts 7 days from time of item being delivered (as shown with the tracking number). If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, a 20% restocking fee will be issued.

No returns will be accepted after 15 days.  

Please note:

Espresso Machine Parts including but not limited to all gaskets, screens and Baskets are not eligible for return but may be eligible for exchange related to defects or shipping damage. Please email with any questions, and see the exchanges section below. 

Electrical panels, Connect Cube Electro and electrical components are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Moli Brand Sinks are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Close Out Discount / Garage Sale Collection Items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Please Note:

  • Any damages or order discrepancies will need to be notified within 5 working days of the delivery of any order. Please unpack and look over your order in this time frame, to ensure accuracy. Claims made outside this time frame will not be accepted. 
  • Returns need to be requested within 7 days of shipment being received.  No returns of any type will be accepted without a return authority or after 15 days
  • Missing shipments must be reported to us within 30 days of the shipping date so we can lodge an investigation with the freight company. Claims after this time cannot be processed.

For all other products: to be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, or Caffewerks with out written permission. If Product is returned with our permission, a 20% restocking fee will be issued

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@caffewerks.com.Please contact us with any refund concerns before filing a charge back or claim. We are human, a small team and its always better to double check than assume

Sale items // Garage sale (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@caffewerks.com and send your item to: Caffewerks LLC, 3331 Boston HRBR RD NE OLYMPIA WA 98506, United States.

  • To exchange a damaged or defective item please provide photo or video of the damage or defect. If photo or video can not be provided the request will be treated as a return and is subject to the stated return policy.

For Exchanges over $200 an invoice will be sent, and need to be paid in full during the shipping of the returned item. Once the returned item has been inspected, and approved a full refund will be made.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and/or exchanging your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
