With its rapidly soluble and free-rinsing formulation, EVO® removes coffee oils, grounds and stains, improving the taste and aroma of espresso.
Ingredients are rapidly biodegradable and odourless. Non-GMO and free from phosphates and chlorine. Non-corrosive formulation to protect the machine. A measuring scoop is included in 500g jars for accurate dosing.
Balancing the cleaning function for your espresso machine with the ability to protect the flavour and quality of organic coffee is a real concern.

Group Heads:
- Remove the coffee filter from the group handle and swap it out for the "blind" filter.
- For daily cleaning, add 1 level scoop of Evo Espresso Machine Cleaner into the group handle. Insert as if brewing a shot of espresso. NB: if machine is cleaned less often, use 2 scoops.
- Start the cycle and allow to run for 10 seconds to dissolve cleaner; stop the cycle and allow to sit for another 10 seconds.
- Start and stop the cycle 4 more times, running each for 10 seconds and stopping for 10 seconds.
- Remove the group handle and rinse well under hot water from the delivery group. Turn off.
- Re-insert handle with blind filter to rinse. Start and stop the cycle 10 times - run for 5 seconds, stop for 2 seconds, ensuring a thorough rinsing. Remove the blind filter and re-insert regular filter.
- Brew and discard a single espresso to re-season the machine.
Instructions - Group Handles:
- Soak the group handles and filters in 500ml of hot water mixed with 2 scoops of Evo Espresso Machine Cleaner for 10 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly in running hot water.
Cafetto Restore Descaler - 1kg jar

A safe and effective descaling powder for espresso and pod/capsule machines. Cafetto Restore is certified as an organic cleaner by BFA and OMRI.
Designed for: Espresso machine boilers, Pod/Capsule coffee machines, thermoblock espresso machines
Directions:
- Add 1/4 cup to 2 litres of warm water, dissolve, and then pour into water tank.
- Remove filter holder and turn the machine on.
- Place a cup under brew spout and run out about 1 cup of the descaling solution. Run approximately 1/4 cup out through the steam arm. For superautomatic machines, run all the solution through the steam wand and set on hot water, not the steam setting.
- Allow to stand for 15 minutes, and then repeat the process. Repeat the entire process until all the solution is used up.
- Rinse thoroughly by flushing one tank of clean fresh water through the system exiting through the brew head and the steam wand.

Directions:
- Empty all coffee from the hopper.
- Pour one capful of Cafetto Grinder Clean into the hopper.
- Run grinder to grind all Grinder Clean in the hopper.
- Empty the grinder dosing chamber and brush out any dust with Pallo Grind Minder.
- To season burrs, repeat the above process once with one capful of coffee beans.
- The grinder is now ready for use.
Note: A small amount of dust may develop during grinding and is harmless. Wipe particulates from the hopper, spout, and doser.
