Shipping and Returns

You will be able to choose and review your shipping options during checkout, but before confirming your order.

Our returns policy lasts 7 days from time of item being delivered (as shown with the tracking number). If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, a 20% restocking fee will be issued.

Any damages or order discrepancies will need to be notified within 5 working days of the delivery of any order. Please unpack and look over your order in this time frame, to ensure accuracy. Claims made outside this time frame will not be accepted. 

We are in the shop building, packing and shipping orders Monday - Friday 9-5 Pacific Standard Time 
If a parts order is placed on the weekend, it will process the first business day. 
Water Pumps and Electrical Systems are built to order with a 7-10 day lead time, prior to shipping.

Order confirmation and tracking number is sent to the email and/or phone number you used when placing the order. If you have any questions you can email us at info@caffewerks.com 
If you chose free shipping for your small parts order (gaskets, screens baskets), it may have shipped First Class Mail. This service does not have a tracking number, and will arrive where your letter mail arrives to your shipping address. 

First please check your tracking number. Unless your tracking number says it is lost or returned, please know it is still in transit to you. Shipping times may vary. Once your order leaves our shop, we don't have any extra information on its location other than what the tracking number is showing. If you need to file a missing package or claim you can do so here.

Water Pumps and Electrical Systems are built to order with a 7-10 day lead time, prior to shipping. Shipping time will vary on shipping location and the method of shipping you chose during check out.
We do not offer rush builds, but can offer 2 day shipping if requested.

Caffewerks is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. To help you with these issues, we offer Route Insurance which covers your order 100% if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged. You can choose to add this protection to your order at checkout.

USPS Priority Shipping is not a guaranteed delivery service- delivery times shown at check out are an estimate of time once the package is in the USPS delivery process. This does not include processing time for your order.  We can not refund shipping costs once your order has left our facility. 
We do offer shipping insurance via Route if you would like more protection.
All Water Pump Systems and Electrical products are not available for shipment outside of the USA

We can ship orders around the world. Currently shipping options are via UPS or DHL. You are also welcome to use a forwarder with your shipper of choice. We can ship orders around the world. All our water pumps and electrical systems are built to order. Please note there is a 5 - 7 day lead time before shipment. Tracking number will be sent when your order is about to leave the shop. It is always our goal to ship these items out as soon as possible.

 This Limited Warranty extends to the original purchaser and subsequent owners, but only while the product remains as the site of the original installation. This Limited Warranty terminates if moved or reinstalled at a new location. There are no warranties, express or implied made or given other than contained in this Limited Warranty. No agent, employee or representative of Caffewerks LLC has any authority to bind Caffewerks LLC to any representation or warranty concerning the Product not contained in this Limited Warranty.

We periodically run sales and offer discount codes. The best place to find these is by signing up for our Newsletter and following us on Social Media

We do! In honor of your service we offer special savings on our products. A 10% discount is available to current and Veteran members of the US Military, National Guard and Reserve. Immediate family members who reside in the same household are also eligible. Please verify your Veteran or active military status by emailing info@caffewerks.com

Caffewerks

Our shop is located in Olympia Washington. We ship most custom items and espresso machine parts from Washington.
