Shipping and Returns:
How much will my shipping be?
You will be able to choose and review your shipping options during checkout, but before confirming your order.
What is your return policy?
I placed an order at 1am on Saturday, where is it?
We are in the shop building, packing and shipping orders Monday - Friday 9-5
If an order is placed on the weekend, it will process the first business day.
Where is my tracking number?
Order confirmation and tracking number is sent to the email and/or phone number you used when placing the order. If you have any questions you can email us at email@example.com
If you chose free shipping for your small parts order (gaskets, screens baskets), it may have shipped First Class Mail. This service does not have a tracking number, and will arrive where your letter mail arrives to your shipping address.
Where is my order?
First please check your tracking number. Unless your tracking number says it is lost or returned, please know it is still in transit to you. Shipping times are varying right now with weather, and world pandemic related events. Once your order leaves our shop, we don't have any extra information on its location other than what the tracking number is showing.
My order is lost or stolen, help!
Caffewerks is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. To help you with these issues, we offer Route Insurance which covers your order 100% if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged. You can choose to add this protection to your order at checkout.
I paid for Priority Shipping, and my package isn't here yet! Whats up?
USPS Priority Shipping is not a guaranteed delivery service- delivery times shown at check out are an estimate of time once the package is in the USPS delivery process. This does not include processing time for your order. We can not refund shipping costs once your order has left our facility.
We do offer shipping insurance via Route if you would like more protection.
We can ship orders around the world. Currently shipping options are via UPS or DHL. You are also welcome to use a forwarder with your shipper of choice.
International shipments are currently seeing a delay world wide. Please expect your order to take an extended amount of time to reach you. Once your order has left our facility, we have no additional information to share about its whereabouts. Your tracking number will give you the best, up to date information.

What Gasket do I need for my machine?
We’ve listed the most common espresso machine manufacturers for each gasket under the individual product listings. If you don’t see what you are looking for you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you have your water pump systems in stock?
All our water pumps and electrical systems are built to order. Please note there is a 7 - 10 day lead time before shipment. Tracking number will be sent when you order is about to leave the shop.
Can I get a quote for a custom mobile cart and water pump system?
Yes! Please order our starting consulting listing and we will be in touch with a questionnaire and a time to set up a phone call.

I can’t log into my account?
Customer accounts are located in the top right of the website. You may have two accounts if you have ever used our BGSS subscription service.

Where are you located?
Our shop is located in Olympia Washington. We ship most custom items and espresso machine parts from Washington. We also use a warehouse in Delaware and Sydney Australia to ship a few other products.
