I am currently building out a coffee cart and hit up Caffewerks for what I thought would be all the necessary parts for the job. I must have over did it for I was contacted by Caffewerks to discuss where I planned on using the separate lines, pumps, etc. for my build and when I explained my layout I was informed that certain pieces were probably unnecessary and why. They refunded me for the unnecessary items and I approved the recommended additional parts and change to my order, but all in all I saved money and got exactly what I needed!! What a thoughtful and considerate way to do business. It’s not just about the transaction and the money but about the customer’s needs.
