A unique basket

I got all sizes. I was curious as it has a unique shape. Of you love experimenting, these baskets are worth a try to dial in and get a different kind of flavour. Because you have to go a bit coarser, and the convex shape with holes towards the middle somehow helps in removing the astringency that would have been there. It produces a smoother, milder cup that many would find palatable. I tried this with classic Italian beans, a 100% robusta blend from South East Asia, and a single origin Columbian. The BoB basket makes it smoother, at least that's what I'm getting :) The single 10g is suitable for ESE pods, if you're into that thing though it seems to be not so common these days...
